Return Policy

Veta Caps ensures your right to exchange or return any purchased product within 3 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please Note:

• Replacement items will be shipped only after the returned products are received at our warehouse.

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the product will be either exchanged or refunded within 3 business days. You will be notified via email.

• If there is no defect or error in the item but you are simply unsatisfied, the return must be requested within 3 days and the products must not be opened or used.

• Refunds will cover only the cost of the item(s); shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• In the event of an error with the item (wrong size, color, or product), returns are free of charge.

• Opened vitamins, supplements, or personal-use items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

• Returned products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse; ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.

How to Return a Product

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and click on “Return Order”.

2. Fill in the product return information and reason for return. (Optional)

3. Your return status will show as “Confirmed” within 24 hours after verification. You will receive a return authorization number.

4. Pack the item securely and send it to the address shown in the Return Details section (also sent via email).

5. Enter the tracking number for the return shipment in your account under Returns.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is prepared for shipment.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Veta Caps reserves the right to refuse a cancellation request for any reason; however, we aim to handle all cancellations fairly and transparently.
If your order was paid online, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method upon successful cancellation.
